At ByteDance/TikTok I keep network, meeting-room and MDF/IDF systems healthy across ~50 EMEA offices and 400+ meeting rooms — and I build the tooling behind it: a 35-site syslog-to-Grafana-Loki pipeline, SNMP monitoring across 50 offices, a live EMEA status map, and 10+ automation scripts that lifted team productivity 50% and cut deployment time 40%. A hands-on, outside-the-box problem solver, I ship full-stack apps and internal tools through AI-assisted, agentic "vibe coding" — pairing LLM workflows (Claude Code, Cursor) with real coding knowledge to deliver faster without outsourcing judgement.
